is a thrust bearing that spans over the 1/4x3/8”
flanged bearing in common 12 scale differentials, removing
it’s side load and increases it’s longevity.
In combination with carbide diff balls and an economy
diff rings, differential maintenance is almost eliminated.
Your diff could last all season like mine, even under
modified power. The rear tire can easily be removed
without any interference. Aluminum nut now included.
